Project Brief
To construct an orangery style home extension and blocking paving overlooking the garden under permitted development planning rules.
The Process
ATJ Building & Groundworks built a three by four metre traditionally constructed extension on the back of the property, with integrated roof lantern, French doors that opened out to the garden.
The Brickwork piers, flat roof with lantern give it its orangery style.
We also installed Aco drainage channels and block paved the patio area immediately to the rear of the property.
The Result
The completed project provided a big bright multi-functional room which our customer could use as part of the garden or as an additional living space off the new kitchen / dinner.
The new block paving and drainage channels which replaced the existing slippery decking meant that the customers could now enjoy and use the patio area.
